Partner terms
The whole agreement between Tuin and a partner, in plain words. Accepting them is part of applying.

1. Who can be a partner
Anyone with a real running community — a creator, a run club, a coach, an organiser — who applies with a Tuin account and is approved by Tuin. We approve by hand and may decline without giving a reason. One partner account per person or organisation.
2. What your community gets
Anyone who opens one of your links (tuin.run/p/CODE) and signs in gets 14 days of Tuin free instead of the standard 7, once per person. After that the standard price and terms apply, and they can cancel at any time. The offer may change for new signups with 30 days' notice.
3. Commission
You earn a percentage of the ex-VAT amount of every invoice actually paid by an athlete attributed to you, for as long as they remain subscribed. Your rate is agreed with you individually when you are approved and is shown in your back office; the rate applied to an invoice is the one in force when it was paid. An athlete is attributed to you if their Tuin account was created within 24 hours of using your link and they had no earlier account. €0 invoices (the start of a free period) earn nothing; a refunded invoice reverses its commission. Attribution is first-link-wins and permanent; a referral by an existing member takes precedence over a partner code.
4. Statements and payouts
On the 1st of each month you receive a statement of the previous month and your accrued balance. When the balance reaches €20 you may invoice Tuin for it; Tuin pays by bank transfer in euros within 15 days of a valid invoice. You must be able to issue a valid invoice (self-employed or company in the EU); until you can, the balance is held. Bank fees on your side are yours; taxes on what you earn are your responsibility. Balances under €20 carry forward without limit.
5. Your free seat
While you are an active partner, the Tuin account you applied with is free. It is for you, not for resale or for someone else, and it ends when the partnership does.
6. How you may promote
Say what Tuin is honestly and in your own voice. Don't: buy ads on Tuin's name or brand terms; send unsolicited messages; make promises Tuin doesn't make; sign up yourself, family or fake accounts through your links; or offer people money to sign up. Codes are yours to use on your own channels; you may not resell them or list them on coupon sites. Tuin may switch a code off at any time if it's being misused.
7. Say it's advertising
Every post, story, video or message that carries your link or code is advertising, and it has to say so: that is Spanish law and the AUTOCONTROL influencer code, which Tuin follows. Put a clear label at the start of the content, not buried at the end: “publicidad”, “publi” or “colaboración pagada”, or the platform's own paid-partnership tag; “colab”, “sponso” or “ad” on their own don't count. Say in plain words that you earn a commission when someone signs up through your link. Tuin will ask you to fix an unlabelled post; leaving it unlabelled after that counts as misuse under section 6.
8. Data
Your back office shows, for each attributed athlete: first name, the code used, signup date, standing (signed up, on trial, paying, free, left) and the commission they generated. Nothing else — no email, no runs, no plan. You may use this only to understand your program; you may not export it, share it or use it to contact anyone. Athletes are told about this on the page your link opens and in Tuin's privacy policy. Your own payout details are stored for paying you and for tax records, nothing else.
9. Changes and ending
Tuin may change these terms with 30 days' notice by email; a change to your rate is agreed with you and takes effect from the date agreed. Either side can end the partnership at any time — you by writing to partners@tuin.run, Tuin by email. On misuse (sections 6 and 7) Tuin may end it immediately and withhold unpaid commission from the misuse. Otherwise, everything earned up to the end date is still paid under section 4. Tuin is a product of its founder, operating from Spain; Spanish law applies.
